Fitness is important for both physical and mental well-being, so National Fitness Day, which is on 20th September 2023, is a chance to get involved in a fun, high energy workout with your peers.

Time: 15:45pm for a 16:00pm session start
Post event you will be rewarded with a refreshing smoothie at Joe and the Juice and the chance to talk and network with your peers.
This high-energy fitness class will be the first session of a special four-part Wellbeing Series, which aims to provide networking and holistic growth opportunities for our Members. In this transformative series, we’re diving into the topics that truly matter; mental health, physical well-being, and personal development.
