Surely there’s a ‘right’ way of implementing a change, a way that’s just going to work. Well, there’s certainly lots of advice out there, but how do you make sense of it all?
On 18 June, Ian Mercer (Merceric Executive Coaching) returns for another of his popular management Market Briefings for the MGAA. This time it’s about Change Management. This webinar is designed to provide you with a path through the Change Management ‘chatter’ by focusing on specific models and concepts. That should give you greater clarity on key issues that need to be considered when implementing a change.
It’s ideal for anyone who has a change programme looming up (large or small), but also anyone who just wants to feel less intimidated by Change Management.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
- Explain why change management isn’t easy
- Describe some useful change management models
- List the key stages of Kotter’s change management model
- Outline some ways in which the ‘people’ component can be incorporated into a change programme
