Introducing Our New Partner: Mental Health in Business for Better Workplace Support

24th September 2024

We are excited to announce our new partnership with Mental Health in Business (MHIB), a leading provider of mental health support and training.

With one in six employees experiencing mental health issues at any given time, and nearly half of all working days lost in Britain due to stress-related illnesses, it’s clear that businesses have a critical role to play in supporting the mental wellbeing of their teams. It’s not just a legal and moral duty – investing in a strong workplace mental health strategy can lead to healthier, happier, and more resilient employees, with studies showing a return on investment of 5:1.

This partnership represents a key investment by the MGAA in enhancing our membership benefits proposition. By partnering with MHIB, we are not only responding to a pressing industry need but also strengthening the support we offer to our members. Our goal is to equip MGAA members with the tools and resources they need to prioritise mental health within their organisations, ultimately driving success through a healthier workforce.

Many businesses are unsure of where to begin – that’s where MHIB comes in.

Their team of experienced trainers and coaches provides expert guidance to ensure that your business is creating a mentally safe and supportive work environment. MHIB offers a wide range of services to help your business meet the highest standards of workplace mental health, including:
