The Board of the Managing General Agents’ Association are pleased to invite MGA Members to the 2025 Annual General Meeting, taking place on Tuesday 28th January at 10am in the Old Library, Lloyd’s. Please note that it will not be possible to join online.

Refreshments will be available from 9:30am, please feel free to join the MGAA Board for networking.

Please note: If you don’t have a Lloyd’s pass then you will need to show photo ID when you collect your badge from the registration desk.

Full Members (MGAs) will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions below:-

Ordinary Resolutions

  1. To receive the Association’s annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2024.
  2. To confirm for a further twelve months nominated Board Directors.
  3. To transact any other ordinary business.

If you are unable to attend and would like to appoint a proxy voter, please request a proxy voting form from info@mgaa.co.uk before Friday 17 January 2025.
