The Board of the Managing General Agents’ Association are pleased to invite you to the 2021 General Meeting, taking place online on Tuesday 16th February at 11am.
Members will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions below. Matter 1 will be proposed as ordinary resolutions and resolution 2 will be proposed as a special resolution.
Ordinary Resolution
1. To receive the Association’s annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 August 2020.
Special Resolution
2. That the attached Articles of Association for the Association are adopted as the Articles of Association for the Association in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the Association’s existing Articles of Association.
