With years of experience in customer service and managing commercial and construction insurance portfolios, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the industry to my role.

Before joining the MGAA, I founded and ran a digital marketing agency, where I helped clients enhance their digital presence and customer engagement.

My passion for driving innovation, combined with my expertise in both insurance and marketing, allows me to effectively serve our members while supporting the continued growth and success of the MGAA and the wider MGA community.
