The consistent thread throughout my career has been delivering exceptional customer service and developing meaningful business relationships. I have a strong understanding of the insurance industry through 23 years working in broking and underwriting roles. Like many in the insurance industry, it picked me rather than the other way around, but I have had some great fun along the way!
Over the last 5 years, as Senior Customer Relationship Manager at the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, I have delivered high-profile events and helped to shape a high-performing CRM Team, which operated across key industry data services including the Motor Insurance Database, Claims & Underwriting Exchange and Insurance Fraud Bureau.
As a long-suffering West Ham United fan I take much joy from walking my dog Ted along the seafront in my home town of Southend-on-Sea. I fully believe in offsetting disappointment with brisk exercise!
