Broker Exchange London 2026 – Bringing MGAs and Brokers Together
26th March 2026

For our third consecutive year, we held the Broker Exchange event in London in the spring — and it didn’t disappoint. There’s always something energising about bringing brokers and MGAs together, and this year’s event proved exactly why these connections matter. The room was lively, candid and constructive, with conversations focused on where the market is heading and how both sides can work more closely. These events connect UK & ROI brokers with MGA Members, giving them the chance to network, build relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Demand was clear once again, with the exhibition fully booked within just two weeks of opening. What came through strongly was the strength of the broker–MGA partnership. Brokers bring client insight and trusted relationships; MGAs bring specialist expertise, innovation and speed. When these strengths combine, customers benefit from more tailored solutions and faster responses – a theme that resonated throughout the day.
Thank you to all our MGAs, brokers and sponsors who helped make the day such a successful and enjoyable event.

What Phil Heath, Director at Coverdrone had to say about the Broker Exchange:
Why did you choose to exhibit at this MGAA event?
We’re here to connect with the MGA community and showcase the specialist expertise Coverdrone brings to the fast‑growing drone insurance sector. This event is the ideal platform to engage with brokers, insurers and partners who value innovation and emerging‑risk insight.
How does being part of the MGAA benefit your business?
MGAA membership strengthens our network, supports high governance standards, and raises our profile across the market. It helps us stay aligned with industry best practice while promoting the value of specialist underwriting in the drone sector.
How do you see the MGA market evolving over the next year?
We expect continued growth in specialist MGAs, increased regulatory focus, and greater use of data and technology whether in distribution, risk assessment, or claims. MGAs that combine strong governance with deep technical expertise – especially in emerging risks – will be best positioned for success. MGAs that embrace digital tools and can enhance the customer journey will stand out. Overall, the market feels innovative and increasingly valued within the insurance ecosystem, and we’re excited to be part of that evolution.
John Bell, Underwriter at MDU Connect, on why the Broker Exchange matters:
Why did you choose to exhibit at this MGAA event?
We attend pretty much all of the MGAA’s conferences every year. We find it really valuable for getting our brand out there and it’s a great opportunity to meet new, potential partners, and catch up with old contacts. We also get to see who the new players are, MGAA’s new members and just generally see what’s going on in the market.
How does being part of the MGAA benefit your business?
Everything we’re getting at this current Broker Exchange we get on a daily basis really, just in a different format either via membership collaboration, webinar attendance or in other forms. We find it invaluable. It’s the best temperature gauge of where the market is at.
What Chloe Lorusso, Managing Director of Guardhog (soon to be Yellow Bolts) enjoyed about the day:
I was lucky to attend the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) event yesterday in London! Great to be back in the networking environment that I love, meeting new people and re-connecting current relationships/partnerships.
What struck me the most is how much we all want to support each other now, there is much less competition and a lot more support for broker growth from all angles.
Rob Munden, Head of Programmes, UK, Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, on the value of Broker Exchange:
This has become a “must attend” event in the MGA world. Lots of good exhibitors and many people associated with MGA’s in attendance. It is a really good use of my time and I will certainly be attending every year.
Gary Head, Chief Underwriting Officer, Optio, shares his perspective on the Broker Exchange:
The event is designed for the most entrepreneurial and innovative brokers committed to keeping in touch with the latest product and market innovations and once again it delivered superbly!!
