Broker Gateway Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The prize draw is open to UK-based insurance brokers aged 18 or over.
1.2. Employees of MGAA, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
2.1. The prize draw is open from 27 March to 15 May 2025.
2.2. To enter, participants must sign up for Broker Gateway either:

On the MGAA website during the entry period, or
-
At the MGAA stand during the BIBA Conference (14–15 May 2025)
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. Prize
3.1. The prize is a £300 Amazon voucher. No cash alternative will be offered.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
4.2. The draw will take place on 21 May 2025, and the winner will be contacted via email or phone within 5 working days.
4.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
5.1. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to MGAA processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and managing their Broker Gateway registration.
5.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with MGAA’s Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without prior consent.
5.3. Participants may contact MGAA at any time to request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
6. General
6.1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6.2. MGAA reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw if necessary.
6.3. The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize draw.
6.4. Personal data will be processed in accordance with MGAA’s privacy policy and will only be used for the administration of this competition.
