Blagrove Underwriting Agency (BUA) was incorporated in 2001 but began trading in 2003 working in an advisory capacity to a number of brokers and insurers.
In 2017, we launched our own MGA supported by Accredited Insurance (Europe) Ltd and Transatlantic Reinsurance Co Ltd. We trade with all of the main London Market brokers and with approx. 150 brokers around the UK. We have offices in London (Lime Street, EC3), Manchester and Burford (Oxfordshire). Our claims team are based in the Manchester office.
We specialise in motor fleet insurance of all types, ranging from large haulage risks operating throughout Europe to SME tradesmen in the UK. Our differentiation is that we are prepared to look at most risks and we underwrite each one on its merits.
