Paul Cousins – Chief Growth Officer
Paul has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry across underwriting, broking, and managerial positions. Originally deployed as a reinsurance Underwriter and then serving as CUO, he moved to broking after 25 years. He served as Global Head of Business Development for Aon Benfield Facultative and undertook the same role for the Delegated Authority unit.
Roles as a Managing Director, Delegated Authority at AJG and then Executive Director at Kaufman Group ensued. Paul retains a focus on supporting MGAs and insurers requiring capacity or operational support.
