About the Presenters

Julian Schoemig, CEO and Co-Founder
After his Engineering and Finance Master, Julian Schoemig spent nearly half a decade working with MunichRe in Munich, New York and London. As CEO and Co-Founder of Diesta, he currently leads the company’s efforts to streamline premium processes in the insurance industry. Julian holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance and has a deep understanding of the payment processes of the industry. Doing sports and setting ambitious challenges are key personality traits. 

Charissa Davis, Strategic Business Facilitator
Charissa is a Strategic Business Facilitator and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience running her own consultancy, specializing in multi-disciplinary facilitation and project management services. She has successfully guided numerous organizations through complex business processes and is known for her meticulous approach to planning and coordinating projects. Charissa has worked with clients across various sectors, including finance, technology, retail, marketing and advertising. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems and leads the Process and Compliance team at Diesta. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling, driven by a passion for discovering new cultures and experiences.
