Genasys is cloud-based insurance software that unifies policy administration, claims management and billing in a single configurable platform. The platform is no-code. Users build and amend insurance products from 350+ pre-configured templates without developer involvement, cutting time-to-market from months to days. Quote-and-bind, mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations run through configurable workflows that adapt to almost any underwriting or distribution scenario.

Genasys handles complexity legacy systems struggle with: multi-currency with automatic conversion, multi-jurisdictional tax, co-insurance, capacity splits, multi-tier commission chains and delegated authority. The platform supports parametric, micro and embedded insurance alongside AI-driven and third-party pricing. A built-in rating engine, technical accounting ledger and bordereaux automation remove manual reconciliation work.

Connectivity is open. Genasys has 450+ documented RESTful API endpoints, real-time eventing and automated B2B data feeds, integrating with CRM, pricing engines, general ledgers, premium finance, payment platforms and fraud detection. Reporting runs through native Power BI with role-based dashboards and regulatory outputs.

Claims handling is integrated with policy and billing, with electronic First Notification of Loss (eFNOL), rules-based registration, automated triage and instant settlements.
