The MX Risk Solutions team provide financial indemnity tools that enable the smooth progress of projects from acquisition, through to planning, development, use, and asset disposal. They work with developers, banks, financiers, technical advisers, and planners to understand and enhance best-practice to mitigate against opposition to permitting decisions and real estate risks.

MX Commercial provide innovative solutions for non-standard risks including building, construction, property owners and associated trades. Their traditionally trained underwriters deliver stellar customer service, with a positive reputation in the industry.

The team tailor specialist insurance cover for a wide variety of trades:

• Commercial Combined – double glazing manufacturers and installers, electrical engineers, graphic designers, printers, stonemasons, self-storage warehouses and more.
• Property Owners – offices, retail shops, residential, industrial units, student let, DSS let and licensed HMOs.

The MX Underwriting Europe team provide broker partners and their clients with underwriting solutions for Environmental, Financial, Motor, Property, and Liability risks. Based in Dublin, they excel in delivering underwriting solutions for challenging and specialist insurance risks.

• MX Risk Solutions – the MX Risk Solutions team provide solutions that help funders and developers reduce or remove the financial risks that can inhibit investment and slow down or even stop their property developments: Public Law, Title to Shares and Ownership and Use.
• MX Commercial – specialist underwriting solutions for Motor Fleet, Liability, Commercial Combined and Property from their team of highly trained underwriters, with a fantastic reputation in the market for crafting insurance solutions for difficult risks across a plethora of niche industrie
