The panel examined technology's role in insurance, addressing the realities versus myths of advancements like AI, data analytics, and digitalization. They discussed AI applications, data quality, regulatory impacts, and workforce effects, emphasizing the need for agility and employee retraining.
Celebrity Keynote Speaker - Suzanne Williams, Hostage Negotiator
Suzanne Williams, former Scotland Yard murder squad leader turned negotiator, delivered an inspiring talk on applying crisis management skills to business. She highlighted active listening, trust-building, empathy, and patience as key transferable skills for effective business negotiations.
