Mona Patel joins Premium Credit as Director of External Communications

January 22, 2025.  Premium Credit is pleased to announce the appointment of Mona Patel as its Director of External Communications reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer, Tara Waite. This new role highlights the significant, ongoing investment Premium Credit is making to strengthen its proposition with a series of strategic new hires.

Mona will lead Premium Credit’s external communications function as the business proudly supports its community of customers and partners in creating opportunities through convenient payments.

Mona joins Premium Credit from Metro Bank where she was Head of External Communications for over three years, responsible for leading their press office and delivering corporate and financial communications. Before Metro Bank, Mona held senior communication roles at Royal London and The Investment Association. She is also an ambassador for the Diversity Project and Reboot.
