AI in Practice: Embedding Practical AI Solutions Across MGA Claims Models

AI Claims Operational

Online

9th June 2026 • 13.00 - 14.00

About this session

AI is already reshaping claims but for MGAs, the real challenge is making it work in practice, without losing control.

This session explores what it actually takes to apply AI effectively within an MGA model, where data, systems and delivery are often distributed across multiple partners.

We will cover:

• How AI can be applied in real-world claims environments, alongside human expertise

• The practical challenges of integrating AI into existing systems and workflows

• How to prepare teams, drive adoption and ensure consistent use across the organisation

• Managing claims across outsourced and insourced models, and how to ensure partners are aligned, integrated and fully leveraging AI capabilities

• The critical role of data quality, governance and oversight in delivering reliable, compliant outcomes

As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, we will also explore how MGAs can maintain visibility, accountability and control across the claims journey – even when delivery sits across multiple parties.

The session will include a live demonstration of how these principles can be applied in practice, showing how specific elements of the claims journey can be enhanced through better integration, automation and data flow.

Designed for senior MGA leaders, this briefing focuses on practical insight, operational realities and how to turn AI from a concept into measurable performance.

Learning Objectives

  • Describe the practical applications of AI within MGA claims models, including how AI can work alongside human expertise across distributed delivery environments.
  • Explain the key challenges of integrating AI into existing claims systems and workflows, and what is required to drive consistent adoption across internal teams and outsourced partners.
  • Outline the data quality, governance and oversight considerations that underpin reliable and compliant AI-driven outcomes within an MGA structure.
  • Summarise how MGAs can maintain visibility, accountability and regulatory compliance across the claims journey when delivery spans multiple parties.
