Callum has recently taken on the role of Director of Delegated Authority at Lloyd’s. This role consolidates all delegated activities (performance, oversight, approvals, and audit) into one cohesive unit to ensure a holistic approach to Delegated Authority (DA), which is future-proof and responsive to the evolving nature of DA models. Callum has a strong commercial background, having worked extensively across the Lloyd’s market. Most recently, he served as the deals execution lead at Lloyd’s, where he led several high-profile new entrant transactions. Previously, as a consultant, Callum gained extensive experience throughout the delegated value chain globally, working with carriers, MGAs, and brokers to define and implement their DA strategies.

Emma leads Delegated Underwriting performance oversight at Lloyd’s.  With a 20+ year span working in the insurance industry both in underwriting, business development and oversight roles, Emma has underwriting experience across multiple products distributed via a range of distribution channels.  Global experience includes 7 years in the Australian market as well as writing multinational programmes placed via London and lead underwriter on top tier broker facilities including Marsh and Aon.  Specialisms include A&H and Delegated Authority arrangements where she headed up the Chubb Affinity division for 5 years.

Jane Bioletti is Head of Delegated Authorities Oversight at Lloyd’s and is responsible for overseeing Lloyd’s MGA’s. Her role includes advising and implementing strategies to respond to high impact and emerging trends that pose a change in landscape within the MGA space. Jane is co-chair of the Gender Inclusion Network (GIN) which is an insurance industry network aiming to achieve gender balance for all by using their position in the industry to offer insightful events, informative content and inspiring access to advocates, allies and mentors who work hard to promote inclusion.
