Log inMGAA Roundtable
The MGAA, in partnership with Padda Consulting, is hosting a small round table for MGA members on delegated authority oversight.
Delegated authority sits at the heart of the MGA model. As expectations increase from insurers, Lloyd’s managing agents, capacity providers and regulators, MGAs need to show that authority is properly controlled, evidenced, and reported, not just documented.
This practical discussion will cover binder governance, authority limits, referrals, breaches, bordereaux quality, claims and complaints MI, financial crime, operational resilience, Board reporting, and capacity provider expectations.
The session will be informal, discussion led and focused on real MGA operating models. It is aimed at MGA CEOs, COOs, compliance leads, risk leads, delegated authority leads, underwriting operations leads. and claims leads.
Comments will be treated on a non-attributable basis unless otherwise agreed.
Date: Tuesday 27th October
Time: 10am – 12pm
Venue: MGAA Offices
Host: Suneeta Padda, CEO, Padda Consulting
Format: Invite only round table with limited places
Please note this roundtable is open to MGAs only.
This should be a useful session for MGAs that want to test whether their delegated authority oversight is clear, practical, and working.
Please join the waitlist once the event is fully booked or you cannot join us on this date and would like to be invited to a future roundtable.
