Member Update: Maximising the Value of MGAA Membership for Market Practitioners
Online
11th March 2026 • 12.00 - 12.30
About this session
This member update will set out how Market Practitioner members can optimise their MGAA membership by staying close to activity within the MGA market. It will cover how the MGAA facilitates informed dialogue with existing and prospective MGA partners, the regulatory and compliance challenges facing MGAs, the role of capacity providers in supporting them, and how MGAs are using digital innovation to improve P&L insight, risk selection and claims analysis.
The session will also explain the three pillars of MGAA activity — Networking, Knowledge and Education, and Regulatory & Compliance — and how they operate in practice for Market Practitioner members. It will outline how the MGAA Executive Team supports member needs, the benefits available to Market Practitioner brands, and how MGAA membership supports staff through professional development and access to specialist expertise, allowing time for questions at the end of the session.
