Callum is the Director of Delegated Authority at Lloyd’s. In this role, he is responsible for the performance management, oversight, and strategic development of Lloyd’s delegated authority proposition. By consolidating all delegated activities across the Corporation, Callum’s remit is to ensure a holistic, future-proof approach to Delegated Authority that keeps pace with the evolving nature of DA models and the needs of the market.

Callum has a strong commercial background, having worked across the Lloyd’s market in underwriting roles. At Lloyd’s, he has also served as the Deals Execution Lead, where he oversaw several high-profile new-entrant transactions. Prior to joining Lloyd’s, he worked as a consultant supporting the delegated authority value chain globally—partnering with carriers, MGAs, and brokers to shape and implement their DA strategies.

Callum is also a member of the Lloyd’s Australia Board.
