With over a decade of experience in the dynamic worlds of banking and insurance, I proudly serve as a Portfolio Solutions Leader at AXA XL, a global powerhouse in risk management and insurance solutions. In my role, I collaborate with both traditional and alternative distribution channels, working closely with our strategic partners to craft tailored opportunities and services that precisely align with the needs of our valued clients and stakeholders.

Fuelled by my passion for data analysis and mentorship, I recently completed a postgraduate qualification in applied data science at Birkbeck, University of London. By leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge tools, I am dedicated to optimizing portfolio performance, uncovering new opportunities, and elevating customer satisfaction.

My mission is one of continuous learning, growth, and contribution to the ongoing success and innovation of AXA XL and the broader insurance industry. I am committed to championing diversity and supporting colleagues from all walks of life, whether they are embarking on their insurance careers or striving to reach new heights. I’m a big believer that we are in part made by the influence of people we meet in our lives and as a result we are constantly learning from others.
