Ella is excited to be joining the MGAA Next Gen Committee as Media Co-Lead, alongside her role as Marketing and Events Coordinator at Iprism.

She has been with Iprism for over two years and brings more than five years of experience in marketing. Alongside this, she holds a degree in Musical Theatre, which has shaped her creative approach and passion for storytelling, which are skills she brings into her work every day. Ella is always looking for opportunities to learn, develop, and push herself, taking pride in her dedication and the energy she brings to every project.

Joining the committee feels like a natural next step. Ella is passionate about helping the next generation of insurance professionals feel inspired, supported, and confident in their careers. In her role as Media Co-Lead, she is keen to amplify young voices across the industry and help build an engaged community. She hopes to help empower young professionals to thrive.
